Annual Membership Renewal
If any existing member fails to renew their membership before the year, the form for the returning membership can be completed at any time of the year on the PT website once such a person is settled to return. This also applies to other members who were suspended and resolved to resume their membership in the Pencil Team with full commitment and readiness to acknowledge their wrongs, submit an official apology, and attest to being more committed to the PT's growth and its activities. The PT Membership Committee would review submissions, and decisions would be made regarding such candidates as the case may be. The mail subject should be written as "RETURNING MEMBER APPLICATION" the body of the email should be in the format below using the No 1 to 9 as a heading while the response would be below the heading: (1) First Name = XX; (2) Surname = XX; (3) Phone Number = XX; (4) List at least 2 forums you plan to join = XX; (5A) Were you suspended? = Yes/No; (5B) If yes, why were you suspended, and when? = XX; (5C) Did you accept your wrongs? = Yes/No; (5D) Present your admittance & apology comment = XX; (6) Reason for absent = Suspension/Deferment/Missed_Renewal_Time; (7) What motivates your return? = XX; (8) What did you plan to grow & promote PT? = XX; (9) Are you ready to be fully committed to being fully active in all PT activities and ready to obey PT leadership and its constitution? = XX
