OBJECTIVES OF THE EVENT


The key objectives of organizing this kind of in-house event are to (1) Learn from each other without being shy; (2) Learn how to present in conferences by observing corrections raised by other colleagues; (3) Building a questioning attitude in conferences irrespective of the population; (4) Building a skill on how to organize and coordinate both online and offline conferences or workshops; (5) Use the medium to educate members of our team on a vital part of the research or field of your studies that is important to them; (6) Use the medium to sell ideas on possible areas where our team can research into; (7) Use the medium to unveil how our team as a research team can extend into being an investors and entrepreneurs team; (8) Use the medium to unfold how our team could possibly begin to take the path of bidding for research contracts or grants from private, national, and international agencies on education, health, environment, and many more issues; (9) Learn to start little to become big both in research works and career advancement looking at our country's current status; (10) Learn how to strengthen the activity of our team and possibly more areas to looking into, including speeding up the clearance of our long pending works; (11) Educate ourselves that our team mandate is not constrained to only research, it further extends into career development, skill acquisition, entrepreneurship, and many other welcoming areas of interest; and many others issues.
