As at the time of introduction by the moderator, the following members were in the meeting;

Meeting Agenda 

Review of last meeting's important issues

The coordinator also made remarks on some specific areas and the need for members to take PT engagement as a collective responsibility to ensure the growth and smooth running of the organization. These areas include;

Dr. Folake responded to the coordinator's remark by charging members on the need to be up and doing in keeping with assigned responsibilities. 


Mr. Mantu

After due interaction and expression of opinions and thoughts on Mr. Mantu’s case, the PT house decided to take disciplinary actions as a result of the boycott of all forum and PT activities despite efforts made to reach him. The house also settled to use the previously used disciplinary template on defaulting members until the PT constitution is completed and adopted for use. 


PT Constitution Drafting

The coordinator gave an overview of the progress and contributions made so far on the constitution draft. He explained various sections of the constitution and what is expected to be filled in by members. He also charged members to endeavor to make necessary contributions to various aspects and areas of the constitution. Member’s contribution will be acknowledged at the end of the constitution draft. 


Forum Reports

The various forums gave their monthly report as follows;

Week 1:Engr. Qaseem was absent and hence the presentation did not hold.

Week 2: Effects of pollution on water [Engr. John Olotu]

Week 3: Methane hydrate as an alternative fuel source [Mr. Yahweh]

Week 4: was centered on updates on the August PT Assembly by the coordinator. Most members made their topics available. 

No tangible progress in research. However, two research papers were underway in collaboration on Biogas and biodiesel. 

The forum recorded a 100% attendance rate.

Week 1: Need for a truly independent Judiciary system in Nigeria.

Week 2: Advance research methodology 

Week 3: Are the judicial and religious systems separated?

Week 4: the meeting was without a presentation. Members however had a discussion before closing the meeting. 

No research project at the moment. Plans are underway, however. 

The forum welcomed two new members. 

Week 1: Exercise and wellness as a drug

Week 2: A discussion on the negative effect of the low jamb cut-off mark for universities in Nigeria. 

Week 3: Significance of time management in research work. 

Week 4: Engineering and medicine [Impact]

There is no research work at hand. The team is in a very good spirit. 

Forum Evaluation

A general poll was taken to evaluate all forums in the aspects of planning, attendance, forum talk, research output, and awareness tour. The following were the outcome of the poll.
